"Peel", not, "peal". You are a well-organized Chemist. I'm starting to follow your outline type thinking. I plan. Then, I cook/ confect.. As you have no doubt surmised, my wife works. My wife is too tired to cook/ confect when my wife comes home. You are helping to lighten the burden for an insurance lady. Oh, by the way. the Oxford English Dictionary uses, "confect". "Confect", means do things with food quickly, efficiently, and in an artistic manner. Fine work, Yoga Intermediate.

Please do not say, "but, also". "But, also", or, "but also" is bad English. One can say, "but". One can say, "also". Generally, most generally, "but also", is terrible English. Footnote: 40 seconds. Those determined, terrible Texas tumbleweeds should not prevail with, "but also". God bless Texas. Give those highly technified hayseeds a good crack. Texas martial arts are clumsy, anyway. Texans should fight like Poles. By the way, you are exceedingly intelligent. You have common sense and sound mental organization. You're a big help.

I’m so thankful I’ve found you! My mom was an amazing cook, but she passed when I was 20, before I ever took a real interest to learn. Thank you for breaking things down (no pun intended) for someone like me who literally knows nothing about cooking. I love how detail oriented you are in your teaching- that’s exactly what I’ve been looking for and how I learn best! Looking forward to watching more of your videos on this journey!

That's not an easy cut to start when you have no knife skills. While this is the preferred method to cut a bellpepper in commercial kitchens, I find it way too wasteful. You essentially throw 20% of the pepper out to achieve something super smooth you generally don't need that precise unless you're using the pepper as garnish on a sushi platter and to be honest, a beginner in the kitchen will not prepare a dish like that. Nobody cares in a salad or stew when there's a tad bit of rib left on the pepper. You also need a perfectly shaped pepper for this. I grab a lot of produce that's not A grade from local farmers and if you have a twisted bell pepper that method doesn't work at all. For me: cut the top as shown, pull the stem. Look in whether it's a 3 lobed or 4 lobed pepper and slice all the way down next to the ribs. Then take a paring knife and remove the ribs. There, no waste whatsoever no matter how crucked the pepper was.
